Term 2 reflections

This term I gave myself goals and they are improving in spelling, speed in basic facts and learning more on the computer. I have improved in my spelling age by a year and my score in basic facts by 9 point. I also learnt how to do more things on the computer because I had a project and my brother helped me and I saw what he did then I tried it and it worked. I sort of had a goal to work on typing and I practiced by emailing my mum in Europe. I love Year 4 because my teacher is a expert on computers.

Palmetum

On the 14th of May me and my class went to the Palmetum.We went because we are lerning about different enviroments. they'er 4 different eviroments they'er the desert,wetlend,colal reef and the grassland . I lernt they,er is so many different trees in one rainforest. In my group were Brianna,Anna,Claudia,Adam and Brendan and the adult supervising was Ms Macdonald. We did not get to see everything because 2 people had to go to the toliet.

We had clip bords to draw skeches but I did not get around to all of it or to see all of it.

The end of term 1 2009

In term 1 I think I've learnt that this is the last year of handwriting. I found it really interesting the way a tornado is formed. I think I've improved in sport. Next term I want to see if I can make new friends. I wonder if there will be a new kid next term? I can't wait for next term because of cross country and the Townsville history excursion.

Bullying

I've learnt that when you get bullied you can feel so many different emotions. I also learnt that bullying is really bullying when it happens over and over again.
